(no subject)

My distaff works pretty well, except that I accidentally pulled my wool off the top of it while trying to spin from it while walking.

My next distaff is probably going to cost about $7 because i'm lazy and don't feel like going to various stores trying to find wooden finials in the size i would need

and rather than make a new post, here's my newest spindle with nine grams of spun wool on it. It should end up somewhere between lace and fingering weight when plied.

writing update - 12/8/18

Started a new doc today and wrote 894 words, which brings H&H up to 29,448

there might?? be a way to get the plot back on track?? but, uh. not sure if these characters will actually let me take it....
